1910's Stuffy McInnis Baseball Magazine Poster. 10x19. These posters were premiums issued by Baseball Magazine in 1913 and were redeemed for coupons and/or money. They are printed on high quality poster stock paper, a thick magazine stock and the photos are of suprisingly good quality. Stuffy should be considered a Hall of Fame candidate because he was the best fielding first baseman of his time (1909-27). He compiled a lifetime batting average of .307 along with over 2400 hits but best of all played in 6 World Series with the A's, Red Sox and Pirates. During his entire career he batted under .295 one time (.272 in 1918). This poster is in very nice condition. Has one light crease and 2 or 3 very small border tears. Ex/Mt $45 1910's Joe "Bullet" Bush Baseball Magazine Poster. 10x19. These posters were premiums issued by Baseball Magazine in 1913 and were redeemed for coupons and/or money. They are printed on high quality poster/magazine stock paper. From 1912-28 Joe Bush played in 5 World Series with the A's, Red Sox and Yankees. In 1922 his record was 26-7 with the Yankees. Nice condition with fairly light border wear and a less than one inch bottom border tear. Nice image of Bush. Ex+ $40 1910's Jack Barry Baseball Magazine Poster. 10x19. These posters were premiums issued by Baseball Magazine in 1913 and were redeemed for coupons and/or money. They are printed on high quality poster/magazine stock paper and the photos are of suprisingly good quality. Jack Barry was one of the American Leagues best shortstops from 1908-19. During a 6 year span he played in 5 World Series with Connie Macks Athletics and Bill Carrigan's Red Sox. He twice led the league in fielding. Very nice condition with one 4 inch crease. Ex/Mt $40 1910's Larry Cheney Baseball Magazine Poster. 9x19. These posters were premiums issued by Baseball Magazine in 1913 and were redeemed for coupons and/or money. They are printed on high quality poster/magazine stock paper. Larry Cheney was one of the National Leagues best pitchers during the 1910's. He won 20 games 3 straight seasons with the Cubs (1912-14) including a league leading 26 wins in 1912. He also won 18 games with the Brooklyn Robins in 1916 appearing in the World Series with Brooklyn that year. This poster has been trimmed down one inch but is in nice condition otherwise. The sizes varied slightly from year to year. Printed on thick magazine cover stock paper. Gardner was an excellent 3rd baseman from 1908 to 1924 with the Boston Red Sox and Cleveland Indians.
