1910's Jack Barry Baseball Magazine Poster. 10x19. These posters were premiums issued by Baseball Magazine in 1913 and were redeemed for coupons and/or money. They are printed on high quality poster/magazine stock paper and the photos are of suprisingly good quality. Jack Barry was one of the American Leagues best shortstops from 1908-19. During a 6 year span he played in 5 World Series with Connie Macks Athletics and Bill Carrigan's Red Sox. He twice led the league in fielding. Very nice condition with one 4 inch crease. The sizes varied slightly from year to year. Printed on thick magazine cover stock paper. Gardner was an excellent 3rd baseman from 1908 to 1924 with the Boston Red Sox and Cleveland Indians. In baseball card guides they are refered to as the M-114 series. Douglas pitched from 1913 to 1922 and played in the 1918 and 1921 World Series with the Reds and Giants.
